Hayley Henretty, BAcc CA
Director
With over 15 years of diverse business experience in Leisure, Retail, Hospitality Recruitment, and more, Hayley Henretty brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. From her early days as a summer intern to her tenure as a group finance director, Hayley’s journey has honed her skills in accountancy, making her a seasoned expert in the field.
In January 2020, Hayley merged her commercial knowledge and technical expertise to establish Income Accounting: a firm which specialises in providing outsourced financial services tailored to ambitious, owner-managed businesses.
As a chartered accountant, Hayley believes that numbers permeate every area of business, and understanding the story behind those numbers is where the true insight comes to light. In fact, going beyond the numbers is what she enjoys most and where her real strengths lie. This expertise, combined with her coaching and mentoring approach, allows her to empower businesses to make informed decisions.

Kairro Doyle

With a diverse background spanning both the public and private sectors, Kairro Doyle brings a unique blend of expertise to the team. Having worked in local council and for a large corporate bank, Kairro transitioned to the SME sector in 2017, driven by a desire to broaden her skillset and contribute meaningfully to small businesses.
As our finance associate, Kairro spends a lot of time with clients, many of whom will say that she thrives in this role. In particular, she is much loved for her thoroughness, upholding essential processes and procedures, and keeping clients on track with deadlines. Where she really flourishes, however, is her personal approach and attention to detail. Kairro always gets to the heart of the problem and brings it to the forefront so it can be addressed before it becomes a bigger issue.
Kairro´s methodical approach, coupled with her enthusiasm and drive, makes her an indispensable asset to Income Accounting and our clients.

Eilidh Osliff
Client Finance Manager, MAAT
Eilidh Osliff started her accounting journey in the recruitment world, spending nine years in the finance team where she built up a solid grounding in finance and developed a real confidence working with numbers. She then moved into the public sector, joining a housing association where she quickly progressed from Finance Officer to Finance & IT Manager in just over a year.
Now part of Income Accounting, Eilidh is enjoying the opportunity to work closely with clients and put her passion for accounting into action. She has a keen eye for problem solving and enjoys digging into the detail and helping clients make sense of their accounts.
Eilidh is currently in the final stretch of her ACCA qualification and is on track to become a fully qualified Chartered Accountant in the near future.
