How we will work with you

Every business is different. What we don’t deliver is a cookie-cutter service. We are happy to work in collaboration with your existing bookkeeper or accountant.

Here is typically how we will start working with you:

Phase 1: Initial Assessment & Strategy

Cost: from £500

This stage typically takes between a day and a week. We will work together to understand:

  • What are you trying to accomplish?
  • Where do you need support?
  • What fires need to be put out immediately?
  • Future obstacles?

At the end of this stage, we will recommend a fully costed scope of work for us to work together. In the scope, you can expect outcomes from us, work to be done, plus recommendations for other financial professionals you may need on your team. For example, a good property tax expert.

Phase 2: Ongoing Financial Management

Cost: from £350 per month

This part of the work is ‘business as usual’. We will now be running your finance department. This could depend on your own requirements but is likely to include:

  • A quarterly or monthly budget
  • Daily, weekly or monthly cash flow management, including making payments
  • Credit control
  • Management reporting
  • Business planning 
  • Bookkeeping and payroll 
  • VAT returns
